The Budtender is also required to maintain strict inventory and cash controls that prevent diversion and ensure complete compliance with State and Local requirements. In addition to greeting the customer into the sales area of the dispensary, the Budtender must be able to listen attentively, assess the needs of the customer and be able to educate and/or guide the customer on the benefits and differences of our products. **PLEASE NOTE: This is a full or part-time position that requires open availability (7 days a week) in order to be considered. A Budtender is expected to work three to five (3-5) shifts per week and must be available weekends, weekdays, evenings, and holidays. Completely turned me off the cannabis industry altogether.EMBR is looking for Budtenders to join our newest retail store located in Lake Elsinore, CA! This is a full-time position with the schedule to include weekends and holidays.(We are closed Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.) The hours for this position will be 5-8 hour shifts between the hours of 6:30AM - 9:30PM. to guide, train and direct instead of lets see how this goes approach. I would suggest they hire an outside California training dept. was juvenile in their approach, mocking employees, withholding samples 'punishing them', and showing favoritism. People are nice, and the business is promising if they could just listen and allow people to make decisions who should make them. I would not recommend working here until they have their act together. Never knew what to do, and believe me mgmt. Of course everyone was trained differently and often created a lot of misunderstanding. Needed better coaching on systems, which they did not do, often passed the training to newer or employees that have been there for a while. ![]() ![]() from different state did not provide any clarification of job duties, only came out to criticize heavily and took a off hands approach. Workplace was a toxic environment and micromanaged. This employer lacked training, communication, direction and had poor management skills. ![]()
